Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer (all genders) to support our support and to advise customers. Apply for a permanent position in Dortmund and help us to provide customers with sustainable IT solutions.
What you will do
- You design process-supporting IT solutions with the customer and then implement them together.
- You solve processes in service and support sustainably and ensure that the solutions are documented.
- You independently search for solutions to IT problems, evaluate them and present them to the customer, among other things.
Requirements
- You have experience in first and second level support.
- You have a basic understanding of IT security.
- You work creatively and motivated to solve problems holistically and sustainably.
- Your way of working is structured and you are a team player.
